My car has an Afco Scirocco style radiator with inlet and outlet on the passenger side and no filler neck. I would like to move my remote pump to the driver's side of the car for easier mounting of an alternator. Is there any reason I can't simply flip my radiator over so the inlet/outlet would be on the driver's side?

Thanks!

the outlet is normally 1.75" and the inlet is 1.5" so you would need to deal with that, the drain will now be on top.

Both ports are 1-1/4", but I forgot about the drain.

Thanks!

The drain becomes a vent for filling, and you can just pull the hose to drain it.

Good idea!

The more I think about it, it may have a plug in the top of it where a drain would go if I flip it over. I gotta look next time I go down to my shop.

Thanks! wave

where is the fill cap located ? if located on the thermostat housing, never mind. i'm only familiar with that radiator being used because it's small and light weight.
