Its funny how you can just look at the price of the parts and you instantly know who the seller is ! Yep. You must be talking about ebay? Two come to mind immediately. One seller begins with "NOS..."

I like to play a game with posts in the for sale section. Look at the description, look at the seller, and guess the price. So far if I take what I believe it to be worth and multiply it by 1.5, usually I'm pretty close.

Its funny how you can just look at the price of the parts and you instantly know who the seller is ! Yep. You must be talking about ebay? Two come to mind immediately. One seller begins with "NOS..." And the other ends in NOS. Like in GLNOS. I’ve sold some rare parts before and it has often taken me a long time to sell them at prices half what someone like GLNOS asks. These sky high prices guys sell stuff, I’m not sure how, is it because they have been around a while and people trust they won’t get ripped off? Shops buy from them as they are a good “go to” source for lots of parts they need for a customer project and just pass the cost on to the well heeled customer, which is a lot faster for them than chasing leads all over the continent trying to find the parts at a reasonable price?
