Well I finally did it!!!! After owning it for 36 years, street racing, married, children, nasty divorce etc I finally got back on my car. I did the metalwork myself, a friend Carlos did the prep and paint. I love it. Couldn't be happier!!

Congratulations! Looks really nice. I had wondered a few times what had happened to your car given your threads over the years on the build. Can't wait to see it assembled!

sure looks good ! hope ya can get it together soon [well, i know soon is a relative term when assembling a new paint body/frame mating deal] and back to tearing up the streets.
The hardest part is done (except assembling it without scratches), and then it and you will be ready to return to the street. The fun begins shortly! Gene
I've done lots of work so once the rest of the parts are painted I actually have quite a jump. Suspension all built and sorted, finished and painted. Dash is done and prewired into a tail, Engine and trans done and painted, exhaust finished and powdercoated.... though I need to add hangers to the tailpipes.... I got lots to do. On it every weekend now! Gettin there!!!! And smiling!
