FCA is just rehashing the past and seems like all they have is the Jeep & Ram brand that are making them $$$ . . .they bailed on the small cars and SUVS that everyone seems to want. Thinking they could morph the Fiat European cars into Chrysler/Dodge branded machines - never seems to work. I have to admit, I needed a new company vehicle, and went with GM, because they actually had something I thought fit the bill. Nothing from FCA - was too much $$.
Not sure if the "new" STELLANTIS company is going to keep Chrysler/Dodge around . . . Jeep & Ram - sure, but the rest of the product line up . . . sorry to the Challenger guys, but the world is moving on into different directions . . . . good luck !
Just my 2cents worth (ok, thats Canadian, so $0.075 US) . . .
Cheers

Where's the wood-grain paneling on the side?

Where's the wood-grain paneling on the side? i forgot about the "plywood side" option. I'm not even sure if it was an option--I don't recall ever seeing one of the original Grand Wagoneers without it...

I've always been a big fan of the old Grand Wagoneers (especially the ones from the late '80s/early '90s). I always thought the fake woodgrain was kind of cool, if a little kitsch. The new Grand Wagoneer looks OK, I guess, but the $100K price? Hard pass.

While it is the same shape as a Flex/All SUVs/Wagon's I think they did OK. No way to copy the original and have it be any kind of aerodynamic. The Grand Wagoneer was the luxury SUV of its time just like the new one will be. It will probably do just fine against the navigator and Denali SUV.
