Greetings fellow Moparite's! I own a field find TX9 Air Grabber U code 71 GTX. It's rusty but has solid floors, trunk pan, front sub frame and even rear sub frame except the front portion from the back seat riser to the kick-up. Since nobody re-pops rails for 71 B body's, I was wondering if E body's used the same rails as from my understanding 71 and 72 B-Body were designed around the 70 up E Body floor and rails and just stretched in the rear footwell area for the longer wheelbase. Any idea's on this or possibly other rails that will work will be greatly appreciated, even if it's just the forward section I could splice in.

E body and 71-2 B body share a lot of the front end stuff. Rear foot well pan and back are totally different. E rear frames are totally different shape and size than B's.
I might have some 71-4 B rear frames pulled. I need to check. I can ship them via truck freight.

I have a pair of 73/4 Satellites rotting away. If the rear frames are usable, you can have them. In fact, for scrap weight, you can own the whole thing. Or two. Located in 62812.

Thank's very much for the replies. I'm definitely interested in the good SW rear rails if you can find them, I'm also interested in the 73-4 cars as I have 2 other 71's in my shop needing restoration. (Sisters RH23N, Nieces RS23U, Family projects)

I have a few full rails and a pair of just the front arch section.

Thanks for the reply, I found a pair less than a couple hour drive away. I will keep you in mind though as although the other two cars seem solid, I haven't had them jacked up to crawl around under them. I know the LF rail on the satellite is see through.
