I have a 68 Sport Satellite convertible with bucket seats and the seat back release knobs are small square ones but the repops are a T shape. Anyone know which is correct? Mine appears to be a late 67 build based on some of the things I have found. Unfortunately I don't have a fender tag. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

My '68 RR (Feb '68 Lynch Rd) is of course a bench, has the T (almost more like an L, really) release knobs.
The more square ones are # MD475003 at Classic Industries, though they indicate "68-70 bench".
That's a bit odd, since '70s had the release up on sides of the backrests instead of the bottom location of '68-'69.
Been too long since my bucket '68-'69 cars to confirm what's correct for them.
I do recall that some cars did have the more square knob, which is less prone to catch a shoe/pant leg.

Thanks! I think since mine appears to be a very early 68 it may have used the ones from a 67. Of course it is possible they put the ones one from a bench seat.
