Put a 1966 to 1971 B or E body V8 k member in your early B body so you can use the later headers up scope
That also moves the motor back and down in the chassis helping with traction and handling as well as allowing the use of the later stock 6 quart 440-6 pack and street hemi oil pan up scope

I went with TTI, they are nice, far from cheap, and since they are only real option, they get to charge whatever they want and the market will bare.

Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

I think the V8 K member works on both motors, doesn't it? If so then the headers should fit in the early chassis with the later K member just like it does on the BB motors, except the Hemi motors, correct?

I can give you a set of NOS headers for a small block. I think they were built by JR. I think they are for a B body. Hack smash and weld until they fit. Free pickup in Seattle area.

Thanks for the replies everyone, it will be a pushbutton big block 62 Dart for local Friday night brackets to save money and wear and tear on the race car so I had a crazy thought that I could throw in a small block I have while I'm finishing the big block, just need a poly trans, mounts which can be found anywhere for next to nothing and LA headers. I'm probably wrong but I thought one of the header companies made a set back in the day being some 65s had 273s.
