I don't want to meet the people that made a deal with Levine....I can only imagine what went on to get that deal done

Shame they're playing "what ifs". I didn't see anything that indicated this show was a precursor to massive influxes in Covid cases. It should be celebrated that the public handled their own business without needing big brother to make decisions for us. Show went on, people enjoyed themselves, and the world didn't stop turning. Our Butler country fair and especially the Farm Show are a long standing tradition. Both in low impact counties, both canceled. The farmers are pissed and honestly I can’t blame them.

The way I thought it came about, During the Spring Swap meet the state tried to shut them down, But just before the Judge was to hear the case Carlisle came to an agreement with the state which allowed the shows for this year With the safety measures they already had in place, the acreage that the show was spread over and what the news made it sound like the Judge was going to rule against the state , guess the state didn't want a ruling against it self and there rules which would have made it easier for other businesses to open Interesting that the state kept it secret Guess they didn't want others working out a deal also

Agreed, funny how the event was held, thousands attended daily, yet no news/talk of hospital ICU's inundated with hundreds of Carlisle attendees on ventilators, or refrigerated tractor trailers with attendee's bodies stacked like cord wood inside, or thousands of Carlisle attendees testing positive.... kinda defeats the scandemic political scare tactics we hear daily with "large" group attendance..... looks like Pandora"s box has been opened, won't bode well with the political "agenda" being forced upon us.... this will be hushed and swept under the rug....
