any good ideas on how to drive the door hindge pins out if you dont have a torch and just beating it with a hammer and punch isnt working

Blast it with penetrating oil alot maybe couple days in a row. Tell it who the boss is beat the crap out of it and pray it comes loose

sometimes if you hit the area that the pin is stuck in with the hammer it might help loosen up the rust. Just need to lightly hit so you dont dent it and make it worse though

This may sound really bizarre, but a hot wrench and 80W90. The gear lube sucks right down in where the heat is. Stinks something awful, but usually pretty effective.

no but i got the doors off figured since i was doing suicide doors i just cut the darn things off lol

There is a thread over on the HAMB about penetrating oils.
Seems the best was a mix of ATF and acetone.

Yep, I looked. There ain't one of them in MY tool box. The bfh and heat usually work for me, but I've run into a few that had to have the pins drilled out! Gene
