Was it an all new setup to the combo? This usually happens when the fork pivot / fork / or bellhousing aren't matched up like they should be. So the clutch works until you drive it or does it happen the first time you push the clutch in? Gus

I have seen the wrong pivot in the bell throw off the geometry and clips cant hold the TO bearing straight when it contacts the fingers. You would need to get under the car when someone else depresses the clutch pedal so you can see the action. Gus

Pretty much 2 bearings hemi and the standard one.Hemi is huge and would flop around on a 23 spline 4 speed.Rocky
