67vertman master 6 Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 4,748 Star Idaho	according to Wikipedia they used the slant 6 in 1981–1987, 225 cu in (3.69 L) Slant-6, 95 hp (71 kW; 96 PS), 170 lb⋅ft (230 N⋅m). I don't think they tracked production by short vs long bed.....but with everything I say, I could be proven wrong, just ask my wife. lol My Monster are real! Living within your means makes life pretty easy.

NITROUSN I Live Here N Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 18,419 UPPER MICHIGAN, MARQUETTE COUN...	The W-100 / W-150 4X4 trucks used the 225 6 cylinder all the way through the 1987 year then they went v-6. Most were granny geared 4 speeds. I had a 82 with an automatic.
