Been on Ebay for 20 years and I don't ever remember seeing any.That doesn't mean there wasn't any.

There has been a few in the past ....... Thank you !

For a brief period I got them on my phone to use thru their app. the only recent ones just offered extra ebay bucks

Ebay ran some fantastic 20-25 and if I remember right I was even offered one 30% off not last Christmas season but the year before. I made three big Summit Racing buys through eBay and this was even before Summit charged Pa sales tax. Man I miss those deals.

I don't know how I missed those.

I think they only came thru as announcements on the app. Some were posted here.

Guys who would get e-mail notifications used to post them here in the General forum all the time.
The last 2 I used, were ones that I saw posted here were back in June & Dec of 2018... Then in march of 2019, someone here decided e-bay codes needed to be posted in the "Hot Deals section (and moved the last thread there in march '19)... a few guys did for about a week... and then as I called it at the time... they stopped because no one looks there for e-bay discounts anyway... Last time someone posted a e-bay discount code in that thread was March 13th 2019... a little over a week after the decision was made to move them there.... not a single discount code posted since. Out of sight out of mind...

ebay Discount codes should have stayed in Stu's General where people actually saw them.

I'm on ebay multiple times a day. Probably get ten emails a day from them. I haven't seen any for quite awhile. Maybe last Fall, maybe. The last I saw were supposed to be used thru the app. I don't remember if it worked on the work computer or not.

Ebay ate the savings, maybe slower then. No chance of them doing that now with so many stuck home

i really haven't seen any codes.
ebay has percentage off sales from certain sellers on limited categories from time to time. don't know how or when they they determine the sellers or categories. but when you are searching ebay you see the list price with a line thru it. they also have the sale price in red under it. they also have special sale prices that have see price in check out.
also from time to time paypal offers discounts when you use bill me later.

when i bought my 2016 specialized roubaix expert bicycle with DI2 electric shifting, hydraulic disc brakes and carbon fiber wheels last fall. i got both sales. E bay offered $25% off and paypal offered $25% off if i used bill me later. so i got 50% off a $3500 bicycle and i sold the carbon fiber wheels to a friend for $1K. so i ended up buying a $3500 bicycle for $750.
i then sold my 2010 specialized roubaix comp bicycle that i currently owned for $900. with the extra $$ i bought new tires, tubes, chain, had the bike inspected and tuned up at a bicycle shop.
end result i bought a 6 year newer bicycle that was significantly better than my current bike and it basically cost me $0.
