My GTX came with a Revinator ignition in it but the guy I bought the car from also gave me an FBO ignition with some extra parts that he included with the car. I want to sell one of them and was just wondering which, if either, is better than the other. The only difference I see is the Revinator control box has a rev limiter built into it which isn't really a factor for me as I don't race the car.

I have the FBO and it also has a rev limiter. From what I have read before committing to buy, they are pretty much a horse a piece. I'm happy with my FBO but probably would be equally so with the Rev N nator

I have the Revnator and I really like it compared to the old chrome box I had. If you like the "stock" look, then the Revnator is good. What I like about the FBO, you bypass the ballast. But I have no experience with FBO.

Bought a car with a Revnator, never felt all that comfortable with disconnecting the vac advance, or their explanation of the magic inside their box.
It didn't do anything wrong, really, so I have it as a spare. Basically a stock 383 street car.
I replaced it with a Standard LX-101, and connected the vac advance. Car seems better but haven't put many miles on it yet.
Later in the year I plan to get it on a chassis dyno for some overall tuning.
Has a kinda-stock-looking coil, but with white lettering instead of the green I remember, apparently it's the MP coil.

I bought one of the FBO systems and really like it. The custom curved distributor solved lots of problems for me. The timing is more steady and brighter flash in my light. I’ve got another on to install on my next customers car.

I was hoping to talk with the R/T Garage at Mopars In The Park MN

Since that wont happen this year

I have not seen one of his ECUs for sale on his website for over a year
