The maximum delay on my 98 Dakota is about 3 seconds. The maximum delay on my 97 Dakota, now parts truck, is about 10 seconds and want that in my 98. Which do I change out? Wiper motor, switch or a relay?
Thanks

Probably the easiest thing to do is just plug the other motor in and run a ground wire to it and see what it does. The motors have a contact plate that can go bad and not let the proper signal be relayed.

bad connections on all the associated electrical components, including grounds, will cause that.
by bad, i mean VERY slightly loose and VERY slightly corroded [not being easily seen] connections. don't forget to look at the relays under the hood.
