Always something. The curved support bracket on the top of the rad (1 on each side) separated from the rad. Don't have welding access and not taking it out. JB weld?

Those brackets are soldered to tanks. You may be able to solder without removing if you are careful. You will have to drain coolant.

Fix it right. Simple and inexpensive. Pull the radiator, prep and re-solder the brackets. A propane torch will work. If you can not solder it at least pull it and bring it to a shop that can. Forget the JB, silicone and all the other hack methods.

re-soldering the bracket is the correct way to fix the problem. any kind of epoxy/silicone will really screw you up if you try to do a correct repair later on.

Siliconé will screw it up ?

A quick hit with a wire brush gets rid of any silicone at a later time

if that's what you believe then it tells me you have no experience soldering metals together.

wait until you try to solder the bracket to the tank with the left over silicon [or jb weld, or whatever] that migrated under the bracket you can't clean off. laugh2
