The object is to mill the Edelbrock and other letters off of an RPM airgap and paint it. Have you used a bridge port or dremel or both and then blasted it?
What works?
I'd like to hear how this has come out for some of you.

Dremel off and needle scaler to resurface. Paint.
A buddy went as far as grinding an Eldy 440 Alumimn clean and used JB Weld to make a pad and then carved the iron 440 manifolds part number on it. Painted, at a fast glance it looked legit.

Angle grinder and then smoothed it out...I left the "383" on there..LOL
