I'm so sick of my car sitting in primer and not having the $$$ for paint. I've seen a few brand X race cars with the flat black treatment, and I'm considering going that route with the Dart. So . . .
Let's see some flat black Mopar race cars.
OR . . .
Are there any members in the Savannah, GA area that can paint a car and stay within a budget?

How much does it usually cost to wrap an entire car? I would think $3-3500?
Installed that figure would be correct....but If I just design ...print...and lam and you prep and install...looking around 1500-2000 with quality 3M materials...or 1200-1500 el cheapo !...but wraps dont hide dents...so you need a fairly smooth surface to start with.

It's mostly a street car, so I'm not looking to be photogenic or looking for sponsors. If it does go black, it'll be John Deere black. The reason I even considered the flat black thing is because I think I could spray it in my garage and have it come out decent. I'd really prefer a nice silver like the one used on the new Sebrings, but I don't think my skills are up to the task. I am new to the Savannah, GA area and I don't know any decent body shops to trust my car with. All the major bodywork was done ( and done well ) back in RI, so besides finishing up the engine compartment and trunk area ( which I will do )all that is left to be done is to block and shoot. Should I just say Maaco?

I'm sorry I thought it was a race car since we are in the race board. Carry on.

No apologies neccessary, I guess to some it is a race car since it is being built to run low 10s or better, but I drive it on the street too. I guess you could have me kicked out of the race section if it suits you.

Yes, the nova is SICK. From 10 feet away it looks like a barn find Yenko drag radial car. It RIPS too.
