Just got the trunk divider and insulation from YO but it seems like it is too big and needs to be trimmed ( so does the rear shelf part I got).....

my car does not have it

can someone post some pictures of how a seat divider looks in the trunk of a 70 Challenger?

thanks,

Here's a shot of a 1970 trunk. I'm not sure how that is going to help you though. Are you saying that it won't fit behind the back seat...that you are going to have to trim it to fit?

another question....does the insulation go on the trunk side or interior side of the divider board?

I'm not sure on that one. I have a 73 and there isn't anything other than the cardboard divider on that car.

No insulation on 1970 cars for sure.

divider pnl insulation was never used from the factory on any e-body
its an aftermarket add on to deaden sound

as far as package tray insulation there again another add on
from the factory the package tray had a second thin paper(black or dark gray) material under the tray board

My 70 L.A. built Cuda had the factory package tray, WITH insulation!
