Doz NHRA Require a reverse lock out lever on your shifter ???

The NHRA doesn't require a lock out for a stick. That shifter you have is the Super Shifter III and they don't make it any more. A very good shifter.

The NHRA doesn't require a lock out for a stick. That shifter you have is the Super Shifter III and they don't make it any more. A very good shifter. That bracket is a nice piece. Moves the shifter up and towards the driver. I have the same set up in my 65
I used to care but....... things have changed

So, is that your shifter? is your question if NHRA doesn't require one you would want to not have a reverse lock out on your shifter? As stated above, the Hurst super shifter 2 is a very good shifter. No need to spend money on a in line .
it's ok to butt heads, just don't do it with a butthead
