Has anyone used flowtech 33130 headers with out fitment issues? any problems with ceramic coating flaking off? this is for a 72 Challenger.

Put some on 66 Coronet with a 440 power steering is an issue. Had to bend them more then I would have liked. And I had to pull the steering column. Bent them in a press to minimize the damage. Coating cracked but haven't put very much run time on them yet.

I knew a guy that had a set of coated Flowtech's on a 69 A-body Cuda-4spd and he really liked them. No fitment problems but he didn't have alot of miles on them so can't speak for the coating.

He "stole" them from somewhere for like $200 several years ago.

1970 FE5 Duster 360/904/3.91's SOLD 1973 TB3 SpaceDuster 340/4spd/4.10's SOLD Moparless for now but when the opportunity is right I'll have another one.

I ran the cheap flow teck A-body header and they fit fair..but thats with man steering

I think the A and E are the same header per the sheet I got with mine...like one fits all type header

now the ones for the 2x or 4x4 headers did not even come close to fiting in my 2x truck

beat one tube almost flat and it still would not fit

I went headmans and wont go back to flow craps

cant say for coating,I dont do them

and have fun on the install
