I posted a while back looking for a source that sells replacement output shaft bearings for a 904. My car is away in storage right now, so I cant pull it apart. Is there anyone that has a 904 with the tailshaft housing off of it that could maybe get me the number off of the bearing? I have been calling and searching for a while now. All I can find are 727 bearings, which obviously do me no good.

this is listed under 904 but went you click on the link it takes you to a 727 bearing...dont know if they are the same but the dimensions are there.

Did you try it ? They changed the 904 bearing sometime in the 70's , the early bearing is impossible to find , not available , I've never found one .

Is the one in your trans bad ? transstar # is 12976 for the TF-6

hiltop auto parts has the 3410465 for 85.00. i just checked. he has nos parts for mopar,gm,ford. always buying nos stock when he can find it. i have dealt with him b4.
