So the bracket is bolted to the block. The insulator bolt into the mount has is a bear for me. Oil pump, power steering box, headers, and the mount itself are conspiring to prevent me from torquing it down. I can't get a rachet in. A std box-end wrench, squeezed flatter in a vise still is too big an angle to turn. Open end wrench is out of the question. Anyany have a simple idea? 71 E-body, Debeveck k-frame, "stock" mount. Pic is rotated 90deg left. Nut is on rh side of pic.

That is one of the fasteners that need to be installed and torque before installing the motor Uhhh, nah. Not dropping the k-frame to install it. Not pulling the engine to install it, then fighting to get the bracket on the engine. Its the nut on the RIGHT. Pic is rotated. Flare nut wrench is 6pt, thus 60deg angle to gain any tightening. I don't have 60deg swing there. Not sure if I can get 30deg. I think I'll further flatten a12pt box wrench, and if it doesn't fit, I'll relook at pulling the oilpump. If either works, I'll post a new photo. A big thanks for the suggestions. Maybe it'll run this weekend.
