What is the issue? Original 2 speed wiper just goes slow. Where do I start, switch, disassemble the wiper motor and take a look?

Thanks,

I just went though this. In my case the pivots were almost completely frozen up and really making the motor work hard. I originally pulled he motor apart and greased the gears, all looked great but it didn't help much. With the wiper motor out the wipers were really hard to move. I ended up using some 3n1 oil on the pivots and worked them by hand until they freed up some. I then let the motor run on high with the wiper arms off adding some oil on occasion until they moved nice and free.

Ideally I needed to remove them and rebuild them but I was short on time right before Drag Week 2018. I am glad I worked on them because they got used for hours at a time on drag week.
