Not sure what application your M/C came from but the ones I use match the 9/16-18 and 1/2-20 port sizes. Generally, I have found that the M/C I use have the recess for the manual pushrod retainer, even if for a power application 79/80 Aspen/Volare has a two bolt manual M/C. As for the offset, this is what Mancini has to say A longer pushrod is required due to the thickness of this adapter. The pushrod also needs to be relocated to the other side of the brake pedal. Adjustable brake pushrods are available from vendors such as Mancini Racing.

and use the newer 2 bolt MC. PB can use a MC with or without the piston "thimble" MB recess so have your parts man pull one in the bore size you are after & a quick look to see if it has it & if so you're set. EDIT I missed that Sniper had already shared this & I would think there are adapters somewhere for the fitting difference.

But im assuming that all the power brake master cylinders wont have that recess though..or do they have it normally anyways?

"Quote" how do i attach the lines to the newer MC without cutting and re-flaring the lines for the different size, which i would rather not do..?
You should be able to find the brass fitting that adapts from one to the other at your local hardware store,

these dang fenderwell headers... You need to re-engineer that whole assembly. You will be cooking your brake fluid.
