I have the rear axle out on my 65 coronet.
the driver side is still left handed.
I figure since it is out, I should swap to right handed ones.
I can't seem to find what size they should be or a good part number.
I keep getting metric stuff.
Rockauto even lists a set of 5 that say right handed, but when you go to info it says left handed threads.

Also is there a go to now for acorn lug nuts that aren't going to separate? I remember there was a problem with the outside shells coming off.

When I added discs to my 8 3/4 I used 10 of DORMAN 610446. A bit longer than stock with a dog point, works fine. Used Rock Auto for them. As for nuts, I just used the OEM open style for an 87 Diplomat, DORMAN 711831

The longer studs might be a problem with acorn nuts. Doc Diff has the original style:
