I have a 2006 Chrysler 300C AWD. I recently upgraded all 4 wheels with a Power Stop Z23 kit, which included new slotted and drilled rotors, ceramic pads and new anti-rattle clips. Everything worked fine for a few weeks and then I started hearing a clunk in the right front. I pulled the wheel today and I'm pretty sure it is the outer brake pad rattling. I tweeked the anti rattle clip just a bit and the sound went away for a mile or two and then came back.

Has anyone else run into this problem and can anyone offer any advice? Is there some special trick when installing the pads or clips? Thanks!

Some see the glass as half empty, some see the glass as half full. I just drink straight out of the bottle.

Does it rattle with the brake slightly applied? if not its not the pads. Have someone rock the car from side to side (not up and down) by pushing at the roof above the door. Grab the sway bar at the bushing, sway bar links, tension struts, and upper ball joinst while they are rocking. If something is loose you will feel it.
