just wondering the factory backspacing on the 15x7 slotted cop rims. im running them now on the d100 and they sit in to far. im buying some grag lites or pro stars and need about an inch less backspacing

mine were 4 1/4 back set

my drag skinnys are 3 1/2" wide and 1 1/2" back set

if you go 1" less back set I think the front wheel will be out flush with the side of the fender on a 7" rim and could cause clearance probs with full wheel travel and turning maybe

my 7" rim has 4 1/2" back set and is just right...but does look a bit shallow on the dish side for a 7" rim

under hard throttle im rubbing on the insides of the rear wheel wells. id only be using the less backspace on the rear wheels and i may go with skinnys on the front

OH! I gots it now...

yea that should work out fine and stop the rubbing

watch the rain with the skinnys the brakes get wet and stay wet

but they get plenty of air for working them hard

and I just dig the way they look on a truck too
