Recently someone posted a document that gave the rough percentages of cars built for each available color. I'm sure it was for the 70 model year. Are any documents available for other years...specifically 1973.

I have never seen many E-bodies painted JA5 (Cuda or Challenger) I was just currious how popular of a color it really was.

I'd love to know if such a break down exsists. I highly doubt it, but it would be neat.

I too have been told my car's color is somewhat rare. It's L1 Turquoise on a `68 Barracuda. I personally love it if it's rare or not. Good luck!

Here is a link to the post I was talking about. CULVERS posted a document that listed all the colors for 1970 Barracudas and what % of them were made that color. Does anything like that exist for JA5 cars?

Thanks Barry. That's interesting information. I've always had a feeling that JA5 was a less popular color but havn't seen anything in print to verify that. Maybe someday that information will surface. Several people over the years have said that not many were produced but you know if you ask 20 people the same question you'll get 20 different answers. I love the color and that's all that matters but I really havn't seen many cars that color. Maybe less than a dozen Challengers and Cudas combined.

Does anybody else have any pictures of silver frost cars or know of any?

The car that got me hooked on Mopars was a turquois 68 Barracuda fastback that my dad bought when I was 12. What a cool looking car.
