2012 Ram Laramie crew cab

A few weeks ago when it was really cold here I think my door locks may have froze. Noticed they wouldn't lock/unlock with the door switches or key fob. Checked fuse and it was blown. Replaced it and now they will unlock but not lock. A tech at the local dealer said that the Body Control Module may have shut down the lock feature to protect the system and may just need to be reset on the scan tool. Does this sound correct?

Second issue now I noticed that the windshield washer pump does not work. I pulled it off and tried to test it with a jumper wire and nothing. I checked the connection at the plug too and no power there either... Could this be the same issue with the BCM trying to protect the system and shutting that down too. Do they really do that? Any issue after repair needs to go to the dealer to enable the function in the BCM with a scan tool?

Thought I would give a quick update. The pump does work. I ended up pulling it out to bench test it where I could see better. Still no power at the plug. Anyone have any ideas I should try?
