I've only dismantled maybe 1 71 Swinger...I can't remember seeing either of those pieces...Others will know more... twocents

I've had and parted several 70-2 Darts. No such critters.

The top brackets go either inside the doors or in the quarter window area. I believe they hold the window tracks in place. You don't see them because they're inside, all you'll see are the 3 bolts that hold them.

I'll look again but I had the doors and quarter glass on my Dart completely apart and don't recall those brackets. I'm also getting old.
