Does anyone know and/or have pictures of OE floor mats that came with 1970 Dodge Challenger RT/SE's?

Were the mats black vinyl or some other material? Did they have a logo? Etc.

My car has been restored and want to protect the carpeting with some sort of floor mat

thanks

Floor mats were an extra cost option on all 1970 Challengers, SE or not.

You talking about the optional assembly line mats, or the dealer mats?

Assembly line.

But anything added by a dealership would also come with a price.

Don't they also look different? I have dealer mats in my RR and they have a part number and pentasutar logo and they say something else also.

Many years ago, I had a '69 Road Runner that had black vinyl mats (black carpeting in car) that were ribbed and had an embossed Pentastar logo on top; they also had lettering embossed next to the Pentastar, something like "Chrysler Corp" but I can't recall exactly. Unfortunately I was never able to contact the original owner to see if they were assembly-line or dealership, but as I recall they seemed like something that had come from a dealership Parts Dept.

The code on my window sticker says C92, "floor mats, protective rubber" I have been told there was no logo, I would assume these mats are black, but might they be same color as interior? In my case burnt orange

I believe the factory "C92" ones are color-keyed, I've seen black, blue & tan
