He was trying to figure out if you're talking about engine valve springs or the suspension springs (on the struts).
More basic detail will help so that people will know what exactly you need help with.
It would be more apt to get someone who knows that particular problem to help you.
"Factory springs" is too vague to know how to help, there are many assorted springs on a car..
Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol

Not much to the springs.Either good or bad.Same with the strut springs.easy to just buy quick struts.Rears are easy also and not pricey.Rocky

Unless you are doing something fancy just get OE type replacements. When we had the Cruiser I got quick struts etc from Rock Auto.Cheaper than my son who is a parts pro manager at Advacne could buy them.I did buy the monroes because I dodnt trust off brands. But did replace nephews GM cars with the off brands and no problems.Rocky

I put Quick Struts on my '04 R/T because I only had a short amount of time before I had to go back overseas. I hated them. Fortunately, I saved the struts and springs. A couple of years later, when I was between overseas tours, I put Koni inserts into the original strut housings. Expensive, but worth it.

You don't mention which model year you're working on, but for '04, SE, SXT, and R/T all had the same front spring, 5272609AB, and the same rear springs 5272283AB.
