These photos are of ball joints from an E Body kframe. Does anyone recognize the part numbers? Are they original or are they old aftermarket replacements

Replacements. Moog often has a K In their numbers. Originals don't have USA cast in them.

To the best of my parts knowledge (as trained by a major OE and aftermarket mfgr)... the originals were made by TRW... MOOG is only aftermarket.

Mitch,

Could these ball joints be TRW? The reason I ask is that a guy with an AAR Cuda had what he claimed were original ball joint and the part numbers were similar. Dave Wises book though, shows ball joints with the actual part number cast into the ball jount. Any light you could shed on this would be helpful.
