I've got the same problem. And a couple extra 80s clusters, anyone know if the needles swap?

I've seen some glued back on, but that's a tough thing to do and get right. Getting it straight is really tough, and not adding too much weight with the glue to effect the weight of needle is tough too!
If you keep an eye on ebay NOS ones do appear if you're willing to pay the price ($175 ish).
I put a NOS one on mine. Gave up on the gluing and used ones. If it lasts me 100,000 miles I'll be thrilled. It'll take me the rest of my life to drive it that many miles.

Ok I guess I need a used one! I think I might do a little searching to see if another car will fit. Someday. Thanks for the help everyone. A used one is not going to be cheap and probably won't last very long. Likely will come out of a high mileage vehicle.
