How old is the battery? Is the alternator charging fully? I've seen quite a few late models that 'fired right up' but had idle/stalling issues because the battery was actually weak. The systems in new(er) vehicles are much more dependent on having a specific voltage. My to give this a

Definitely clean the throttle body. You can probably get by with just pushing it open and using a rag with brake or carb cleaner to remove the carbon buildup unless it's really bad.
I also had issues with the crank position sensor on mine. I would occasionally have stalling problems, usually coasting down to a light. It lost crank signal once, then took forever to start a year or two back. Replaced it and it hasn't stalled since. Hard to verify that though without a scantool on it when it's acting up for you.
