I would run a #4 ground wire from the lower heater motor stud to the unused 3/8 hole in the rear of the passenger side head. Most of the stock unmolested mid 1960 to the early 1970 A,B and E body Mopars had there stock block ground straps back there scope Maybe not the same size or location but you can never have to many ground straps on our old muscle cars, can we work

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

'70 used a dual lead negative battery cable, one lead to engine & one to the radiator support.

'69 had a ground strap from the rear of the passenger side head to the firewall.

I use 10ga wire to make body grounds and ground everything. I ground from the passenger side head to the firewall, ground from the voltage regulator to the firewall ground, ground from the negative battery post to the core support, and a separate ground from the ignition ECU to the body.
