If the stamp is large numbers like on the rear axle housing I printed a piece of paper with the correct font (Not hard to find fonts online) I spray glued it to a piece of craft foam and cut it out with an exacto knife. I then glued it to a larger stiffer piece of foam to make my own stamp. I was out about $3.00 and an hour of time on a rainy day. For detailed smaller fonts it is better to buy one premade IMHO.
