So, I have to replace the steel back half on the Cuda. But I'm also thinking of going late model. Will cost me about the same either way. Don't look at the butt ugly scoop.

I had the same results asking coworkers at the dealership. I sure wish I had the money, room and time to support 2 cars. If nothing else, I might just build up both bodies and make them interchangeable.

Like I also said before, the new crap is everywhere and just blends in. Keep the cuda. I like the new stuff OK, but I really like the chrome bumper, flat hood look. If I were doing a new Challenger body, I would slide the rear axle forward 6" or so after playing with mockup illustrations to see what works best. That would help weight distribution and make the car look better IMO. The proportions just never looked "right" to me. If the rules wouldn't let me do that, I'd likely go old school. If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.
