Yes they are galvanized. No, I don't think anybody repops them
You have to do what I did; buy a nice used one and clean it up. None of the zinc plating techniques used by restorers can match the "spangle" finish on the factory part....or at least I haven't heard of anyone being able to do that.

It was from a 70 B body .What it else it will work on ? As it has no part number or pentstar on it.A guy restoring a superbird seen this picture And it matched his

After the evaporust bath I simply rinsed it in a bucket of water. I then repainted the springs and sprayed mat clear on the galvanized pieces and re assembled it. This is from a 71 Roadrunner. This stuff really works well on parts that are not too far gone. It only attacks iron oxide which is rust.
