63 what? there are two sizes of B&T, Brewer's has the big style, mopar pn 2275514. http://www.brewersperformance.com/proddetail.php?prod=UJBBut I don't see a Dorman listing, unless it was a repurposed CV joint boot.

Back in 88 I had to rebuild that joint on my 64 300, the housing was scored up. We got it out but I will be danged if I remember anything difficult about it. Of course I was in the service and we had retired machinist's working at the hobby shop who grew up with these cars and knew the tricks. Got my stuff from Andy Bernbaum, https://www.oldmoparts.com/parts-universal-joint.aspx, kit Q-103 (I think) is the one. Not sure if they are NOS, might want to ask.

hi replaced one on my 64 years ago by lubing it up and carefully installing it without removing any thing , it will slide in if you are careful !
dont over grease it or it will tare at hi rpm ! That’s one of the biggest reasons for the boot tearing - too much grease - especially in a high speed vehicle.

Replaced the one on my 57 when I had it from NAPA.It was leather and had hooks to close it.Was on for like 5 years and pretty much driven all the time even in winter.IIRC I have a NOS one in the garage. Its for the 57 also but fits others,Think its a complate setup.Saving it for my 65 as it still has the oe one.Have another shaft from my kids 62 300 also.Rocky

So now, in doing a search for this topic, the Dorman number comes up, 03680, fits large and small with trimming.
I got this from ALL BALLS RACING in PA for about the same cost.
