Has anyone ever seen one start not properly working, like sticking ,etc

or , lock car up to where you have to take battery cables off to get one to release or, your R/T's all the sudden start jumping all over ?

No. I had 1 fail but it just plain stopped activating, never had one stick & I've had a few while searching for a goodie.

YES! Usually its the wiring in an accordion cord. Had one making my racepack dash wig out and flash one time. Took a while to figure that one out.

You dont have a short in the line somewhere? On my street car i recently had the 2 step misbehave but found it was the line lock switch shorting out.

Ok, well it appears my terminator switch has some internal problems, they are incredibly simple but it seems to be working odd

I'll change it , along with the cord , maybe that will get me back on track

Well a terminator uses a simple microswitch, easy enough to replace the switch itself

I did , it was doing really weird things stopped most of them but, seems really inaccurate now .
would not back up car, would not release .. tested ok too ?

me but, before it went .030 almost every hit, occasionally I would go .010

Now, it does that then next hit .. .100 or .40 red

jumps all over , might be me ..don't think so

I have one of the original K&R boxes and as my micro switches start to get older the box is so sensitive it starts seeing a double hit caused by point bounce(K&R description not mine). K&R corrected this after they discovered it but mine was never modified. When it does it the first time on a switch I replace the switch.

I've had them work inconsistently, and had them fail. I use screw terminal micro switches now. Mc Master Carr has a fairly good selection.
