I'll be putting the windshield and rear window back in my 92 D250 after fixing the rusted roof and looking for advice as to what to use to seal the gasket around the frame. The area isn't perfect as I had to reuse the header panel from the donor roof. I smoothed it as best as possible using panel bond but I know putting it in without some kind of sealer it's going to leak. So any suggestions and advice will be welcomed. Thanks.

Does that "new" '92 use the same type of gasket & sealer as my '72 which calls for butyl rubber? That stuff stays sticky for at least 46 years!
