You might check with Brett Miller, I thought he did a set of BB Victors, he might have a program. I would use Brett before anybody.
Those were small block Victors. If it was me i would have Modern do the cnc work

Thinking about sending my big block victor Jr. heads off over the winter to have then cnc ported, at Hughes. MW or standard-port? Other engine specs?
