I just put in the AM/FM CB radio it lights up and I get the green lights, ect. No sound I am just looking for the manual/paperwork on how this operates so I can trouble shoot.

Is this a Mopar accessory unit or an aftermarket system? If aftermarket then do a web search for an owner's manual for the brand name and model.

It's the mopar accessory unit. Actually it came as standard equipment. I did a google search but couldn't find any information.

i don't know if this will help or not, but i have a supplement to a '78 chrysler owners manual that describes the sound systems, and how to operate them. it includes the am/fm/cb in this booklet.
if this may help, i'll scan and post.

Yes, that would help a lot and would be greatly appreciated. It's for a 79 red express, so it should be fine.

Thanks
