Generally speaking, shorten the top right puts weight on the right rear and makes the car want to trend more left. But...one full flat is a bunch. And there are plenty of other things that can influence it - front and rear shocks and springs, etc. I would have it on scales before loosening anything and have it gone over. Looks like homemade stuff to me and if it's not right, it can be a trick making it work.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

Do you want it to wheelie? If so make some adjustments to make that happen One of the Mopar drag engineers made a comment in one of their drag race seminars that I attended years ago about when the front of the car is going up more than a 1/2 inch with the front tires off the ground the car is not going as fast forward as it could In other words big wheelies are a waste of time and motion in their opinion

Now, my heap isn't anybody's version of the quickest, but it works. Here's how I do it: With the axle on jack stands, I use the uppers to set pinion angle, adjusting both sides at the same time. I do it by hand, so as to feel that the tension is the same on both sides. I lock the jam nuts before moving on. Next, I do the lowers, making sure the bolts slip in the holes easily on both sides. Before the next step, I check that there is full travel by moving the stands to the frame and letting the housing drop. It should do so as easily as if the bars are not bolted. Then I add a half turn of pre-load both sides. With me in the seat, the left lower bar is neutral. As is, the car goes slightly left on the launch. I have tweaked this with some slight adjustments to the torsion bar pre-loads, to my satisfaction. I once adjusted the 4-link pre-load in order to get it to leave dead straight. That was a mistake. It got just a hair too interesting in how it wanted to go right when I dropped the nose at 117 mph. Now, it's worth noting that my 4-link is in conjunction with factory leafs, and I use a home-built set of aluminum bushings as housing floaters. This ensures that the leafs do two things, and only two things- they hold up the car and they locate the housing square in the chassis. I can cross the stripe, neutral it, and coast all the way to the turn-out with my hands off the wheel. It leaves nicely, runs true in the big end, and tracks straight as a string right from when I drop the nose.

But let's be real, here. Anyone who claims they don't want a pic of their car about half way to scraping the bumper, isn't really being honest. Count me in on being that Guy The only thing I want to impress my opponents with it seeing my tail lights I have heard more than one of my opponents make comments about my current bracketcar doing wheelie 18 inch Which means I was out in front of them for them to see it with 1.27 60 ft. times

You don't want to drag the bumper, but trying to keep the front tires on the ground in a car that wants to have some pitch rotation to work, usually results in an inconsistent, slow situation. Raise the wheelie bars, let the front end work, until the car slows down.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

I had a guy wheelie out past the 60' Saturday and come down in my lane. Fortunately my car is slow so I wasn't anywhere near him.
