What size oil feed hole are you guys running in your lifter bore bushes. This will be street/strip use with bushed roller axle bearings and pushrod oiling, not needle rollers.

IMO, it takes a little planning to make sure this works out successfully.

If your lifters have the pr feed holes perpendicular to the axles, the best solution is to either have a groove cut in the od of the bushing and then position the hole in the bushing in line with the axle, or buy the bushings made that way.

If the hole in the bushing lines up with the hole in the lifter you(usually) get too much oil to the top end, unless there is a restrictor in place somewhere.

If the holes are oriented 90deg apart from each other, the size of the hole in the bushing is less critical.

My preference is to have the oil feed holes in the lifters be in line with the axles, and be located slightly above the oil band.
