I have a 67 satellite that I'm converting into All disc brakes... It used to be all drums... Would the distribution block need to be changed or is there any difference between drum/drum to disc/disc blocks??

I would suggest reading the "single to dual reservoir master cylinder" thread on this page.

Your existing block will work just fine

As long as the kit is properly balanced all you need is a distribution block, which is what he all drum block is.
Once you get it put together and tested you might find you need to address braking balance. that can be done several ways. Mist use an adjustable prop valve, but you don't have to.

Mist use an adjustable prop valve, but you don't have to. that was what I was thinking. I read way back something about the "correct" prop valve will slightly delay psi to the front discs till the rear shoes are just making contact for "even" braking (I might be remembering that wrong) but I did add front discs to a 64 dart & kept the OE drum splitter/rear drums & it worked flawless (no dive/uneven braking) & no wear on the front pads that I ever saw (several years at least).

Good Morning Cuda man!... what other options are there ?... I have a proportional valve but really don't want to cut and re flare my back brake line if I can avoid it... does the proportional valve have to be after the Distribution block?? what would be the other options.. Thanks for your time!

Pad material, caliper bore size, even tire sizing affects brake bias.
More aggressive pads will shift the bias in that direction. So, if you had organic pads all around and the backs were locking up you could change the front pads to semi metallic. Depending on what calipers you use there could be several levels of aggressive pads to chose from.
Brake pressure is measure in PSI, pounds per square inch. Caliper bore diameter will affect bias. smaller bore size means less pressure at the pad.
Tire size affects the bias, more contact patch means more braking. You may find them big meats in the back causing the rears to lock up prematurely.
RR, you are talking about a combination valve and it's hold off function which really comes into play in a panic type stop. Proportioning just affects pressure to the rear and at what pressure level it starts to affect it (hinge point).

i believe the big rear tires need more brake to lock up, not less. this excludes a hydroplane situation of course. even with weight shift to the front, you have a bigger contact patch on the large rear tires, which means they have more traction, thus less likely to lock, causing a spin. a proportioning valve will help with this, but in many instances, i have found, through panic stop testing in a safe area, adjustable prop valves work the best wide open with super large rear tires. safely testing is the only way for sure to see what your ride needs and wants. then tailor bore sizes of master/caliper/cylinder, front/rear proportioning, and pad material to optimize the combination.

Absolutely, testing in a safe area and in a safe manner is critical.
