I think some of that was on Facebook live yesterday. I avoided it so I have something to look forward to after Racing slows down.

They'll be at Joliet the second weekend in September. If I wasn't already committed to going to Clay City for the "Mopar" show I'd be out there.

Of course there's a local car show on Friday that I had planned on and a Girl Scout thing on Sat, so my 6yr old boy will have to come along on Sat!

No thoughts on last nights episode? loose interpretation of the rules, or trying to cheat? either way, i thought it was kind of silly, since he car isn't even competitive.

I think it was just a made up storyline with the new car this year to allow reaper to be able to be on the show this season. Now they have a reason that he is no longer on show. It didn't sound like he even wanted to be on show this year. A full carbon body is not legal, whether It has glued on steel roof and quarter skins or not. It was a total shock (not) that chief spitting bull won.

Well rules are rules and he called himself out on it. No great loss in my eyes. Meanwhile I did hear that there were two bad wrecks in the JJ Memphis filming at an airport

No Reaper will only make the show better. I'm pretty sure he bought his old car back and I'm sure he will be back eventually. I thought this episode was better than some recent one because it wasn't filled with the fighting, brotherhood bs drama.

The way the list is now is total bull crap. The top two race a max of 2 times (usually once) and is controlled by the buddy system. If you were sitting high on the list early season it’s almost impossible to move up. Guys bow out for some racers (buddies) and not others. Clicque games.

That's why I said if you lose you drop to 10 and have to race back up. That would also stop people from wanting to race last. If you go last, you'll be on the bottom and stay there a week. Also, it was chicken [censored] that broke dick daddy Dave had to conviently wait for a part so he and big quief could race last, with the loser calling back out the winner so the worst outcome is 1 and 2 swap and will race again next season all over again. DD should have given up the spot when he wasn't ready. If he would have to drop to 10, you can bet his sniveling ass would have been ready.

If/when Daddy Dave lost, he couldn't call him back out with racing up... and what does it matter anyways? #3 Martin had how many chances to move up and lost every time. I'd guess the start of the next list racing season they'll do another shake up as not much happens... but hopefully they'll find some actual out of town races worth watching. Really looking forward to the no prep show, so much better than seeing the same races week after week... although it's still generally the same 2 guys with basic all pro mods winning it But at least there are new cars on it.

One thing I learned between the show & all of my buddies that run them is "Don't run a Procharger". Man, them things are always broke after every pass. LOL. Twins is definitely that way to go in 1/4 mile racing unless doing 1/8 Mile Grudge racing then NOS is where it is at.
