44 years of building my own engines and I never dyno’d one. The only number I care about is ET.

I'm using my Guess-Top Dyno to say somewhere between 560 and 610 hp at the flywheel. Sounds like you need a 'Glide.

I built a similar(less compression) 340 with a 4.0 inch stroke crankshaft with a set of race W2 mildly ported heads and Mopar W2 intake with a custom ground solid lifter Comp Cams, that motor made 525 HP on CA pump swill back in 1994 or so shruggy
The owner put it in a 1969 Cuda fast back that ran a best of 11.0 in the 1/4 mile on the motor and 9.90s with NOS hammer
IHTHs

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
