Local parts store. Measure and bend your own.

There are places out there that sell pre bent brake and fuel lines. Year One, Fine Lines exc...It is cheaper to go to the parts store for your brake hoses though. They are the same quality but without the markup the other suppliers seem to charge.

Yes sir not tough to do, and the cheapest way to get it done right.

You can get a real cheap tubing bender that will work fine with brake lines at the same store.

Can you find a parts store that sells roles of tubing? WHen I was a mechanic the longest length of tubing at the part stores was 48" long with two male ends on it.

It comes in a 25 foot role. The other is pre made line. You have to also buy the ends and flair it.Not a hard job.Rocky

I think before you decide to do this yourself you need to understand that doing it will not result in bends that are very close to the originals. yes they should function well enough but the will not look accurate.

Not one of you guys told him that he will need to buy a flaring tool able to get the double flared ends. also needs to buy the reinforceing springs to help support the bent line from breaking.

This not something you want to do if youre planning on it looking factory. if youre doing a race car or just a street car that you want to have new lines go ahead. if you want the restored look then you should look into buying the prebent lines.

i can see the argument for pre-bent lines, but on both my D100 and my Satellite, i went to the parts store and bought approximate lenghts (come up to 5' already assembled) and they fit in perfect...the one i really remember is that a 4' section ias an exact fit from prop valve to front pass hose on disc front d100 and also for the rear line from T to passenger rear drum on the satellite....my tools - beer bottle and old engine pulleys

If you dont need the factory look I'd just use parts store lengths & double female brass connectors to join them or cut the ends & re(double)flare them. As said no need for a bending tool on the small dia brake tubing.
